FREE ONE MONTH TRIAL

1. PROMOTER

This offer is organised and promoted by Trypscore UK Ltd (trading as the ‘Safe Roads Challenge’), Wassell Grove Business Centre, Wassell Grove Lane, Stourbridge DY9 9JH, registered in England and Wales with company number 13909120 (the “Promoter”).

2. ELIGABILITY

This offer is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. The free trial is available to new users only and limited to one free trial per person.

3. OFFER DETAILS

Eligible users may receive one (1) month of free access to the Safe Roads Challenge paid subscription (“Free Trial”). The Free Trial provides full access to subscription features for 30 days from the date of activation.

4. AVAILABILITY & CAP

The Free Trial is limited to a maximum of 10,000 users. Once this limit is reached, the offer will be withdrawn and no further Free Trials will be available.

5. REDEMPTION

The offer can only be redeemed via Safe Roads Challenge’s official Join Page.

6. PAYMENT & CONVERSION

A valid payment method will be required to activate the Free Trial. Unless cancelled before the end of the Free Trial period, the subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the standard subscription price of the term selected (3, 6 or 12 months) applicable at the time of renewal.

7. CANCELLATION

You may cancel at any time during the Free Trial. If you cancel before the end of the Free Trial period, no charge will be made. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access may continue until the Free Trial expires.

8. NO REFUNDS

Once a paid subscription period has begun, refunds are not provided, except where required by law.

9. CHANGES & WITHDRAWAL

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time and/or refuse or revoke a Free Trial where misuse or abuse is suspected. This does not affect the rights of users who have already activated a valid Free Trial.

10. APP TERMS

Use of the app is subject to our UK app Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which apply at all times.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Programme Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Programme Terms (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

£250K CASH PRIZE GAME

Subscribe to the Safe Roads Challenge, drive safely and you might get the chance to play for a cool £250K.

We’ll draw one person at random from everyone who scores a daily average of 70 or more (out of 100) via the Safe Roads Challenge mobile app to play our mega £250K cash prize game. Every daily average score over 70 = one entry. Get picked to play and a cash prize is guaranteed… if you want it!

Game 1: There are 100 car envelopes with cash amounts stashed in every single one – from £1,000 to £50,000. Pick the car you like the look of, open the boot and walk away with the wedge…

Game 2: OK, so you’ve won a few quid – congrats. Will you keep it for a huge night out or take the chance to bag the big bunce? 2. PROMOTER
The Cash Prize Game is organised and promoted by Trypscore UK Ltd (trading as ‘the Safe Roads Challenge’), Wassell Grove Business Centre, Wassell Grove Lane, Stourbridge DY9 9JH, registered in England and Wales with company number 13909120 (the “Promoter”).

3. ELIGABILITY
3.1. The Cash Prize Game is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 17 years or over.

3.2. Entrants will require internet access, a live Safe Roads Challenge subscription (cost = £4.99/month x 12 months OR £5.49/month x 6 months OR £5.99/month x 3 months) the Safe Roads Challenge UK app downloaded on their smartphone and a valid, current UK driving license.
3.3. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the Cash Prize Game are not eligible to enter.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1. Safe Roads Challenge UK users will receive ONE entry into the Cash Prize Game draw for every day they achieve an overall average driving score of 70 or more.

4.2. Only one entry per Safe Roads Challenge UK subscription per day is possible.
4.3. The opening date for entries is 12.01am on 7th July 2025. The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 31st May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. GAME PLAYER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
5.1. ONE game player will be selected at random by a computer process from all valid entries received to play the Cash Prize Game
5.2. The draw will take place on 4th June 2026. Entrants are not required to have a live Safe Roads Challenge subscription at the time of the draw.
5.3. The selected game player will be notified by email or telephone within 3 working days of the draw.
5.4. If selected game player does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the selection will be forfeited and the Promoter will select another game player in accordance with the process described above. This process will continue until a selected game player has agreed to participate in the cash prize game.

6. THE PRIZE
6.1. The prize is awarded via up to two random choice games, as follows;

6.1.1. Game 1: 100 envelopes, containing 80 x £1,000, 15 x £5,000, 4 x £20,000, 1 x £50,000.

6.1.2. Game 2: 99 envelopes, containing 98 x £0, 1 x £250,000.

6.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered.

6.3. The prize amount won will be transferred to a named bank account of the winner’s choosing within 14 days.
6.4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

7. GAME PLAY
7.1. The Cash Prize Game will take place on 2nd July 2026 (time to be arranged).

7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to postpone the Cash Prize Game date subject to delays incurred selecting the game player (see 5.4) or due to any other unforeseen circumstances that compromise the fair and legal administration of the game. In this instance, the Cash Prize Game will be arranged for the next appropriate date.

7.3. The Cash Prize Game will be conducted in secure location in London, UK (to be confirmed) and administered by an appropriate third party who will ensure the game is played in a fair and legal manner.

7.4. The Pound Sterling amounts will be printed in card inserts, one per envelope. There will be no physical currency involved at any point.

7.5. The game play will be filmed and recorded and the Promoter reserves the right to broadcast the game via social media live, after the event, in full or in part.

7.6. The game player may either attend the game in person or play via video link (equipment to be supplied by the game player). If the game player chooses to attend in person, the Promoter will cover their reasonable travel expenses up to the value of £200 (excluding overnight stay costs).

7.7. Game 1:

7.7.1. The game administrator will ask the player to select ONE numbered envelope from the 100 displayed (containing the Pound Sterling amounts from 6.1.1).

7.7.2. The game player will then be asked to confirm their selection using the number on the envelope.

7.7.3. The game administrator will open the envelope and announce the Pound Sterling amount the player has won at this stage.

7.7.4. The game administrator will then ask the player if they wish to “STICK” or “TWIST”.

7.7.5. If the player chooses to “STICK” they win the amount selected and revealed in Game 1 and the game ends.

7.7.6. If the game player chooses to “TWIST” they forfeit the amount selected and revealed in Game 1 and proceed to Game 2.

7.8. Game 2:

7.8.1. The 99 remaining envelopes from Game 1 will be replaced by 99 new envelopes containing the Pound Sterling amounts from 6.1.2.

7.8.2. The game administrator will ask the player to select ONE numbered envelope from the 99 displayed

7.8.3. The game player will then be asked to confirm their selection using the number on the envelope.

7.8.4. The game administrator will open the envelope and announce the final Pound Sterling amount the player has won.

7.9. The final selections as agreed by the game player with the administrator cannot be altered once an envelope has been opened. The administrator’s decision is final.

8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
8.1. The Promoter will only process personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy: https://saferoadschallenge.uk/privacy-policy/
8.2. The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Cash Prize Game which may include the publication of their name on social media channels and/or the Promoter’s website. The winner’s Safe Roads Challenge username will be published on the Safe Roads Challenge UK website.

9. GENERAL
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Cash Prize Game where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including technical malfunctions.
9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9.4 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Cash Prize Game is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
